FACE ARTISTRY

BY

EVA O'BRIEN

Face painting is such a wonderful addition to any party.  Working with an endless array of beautiful designs, let me create something magical to capture a child's imagination.  I am happy to work in and around London and have a team of amazing painters on hand to help with the larger jobs.

Grown ups don't miss out, it's not just for the kids!  Adult face painting and glitter make up have become really popular.  It can add fun factor to any event.  From a one off face for a fancy dress party that will turn heads, to a pre hen party makeover.  Book now for an unmissable experience.

I also offer glitter tattoos which can be booked alongside face painting or as a stand alone booking, fun for those who don't like paint (does anybody not like paint!).

The Need to Know Blurb

  • I have been face painting for over 20 years painting working in and around the London area, top quality painting to both private and corporate clients. Other important information you should probably know.

  • To keep safe and adhere to government Covid 19 guidelines, I regularly take lateral flow tests and ensure that I either have a mask/visor on indoors as well as sanitising hands between each child.

  • £5m Public Liability Insurance (available on request).

  • Up to date enhanced DBS certificate (available on request also registered with the update service).

  • I only use premium high quality paints, glitters and hair products all of which comply with current EU regulations. Face products can be easily removed with warm water and a face cloth. Equipment is thoroughly cleaned after each session, the highest standards of hygiene are adhered to.  I use a mix of isopropyl and water solution to clean brushes on the job.

  • In all cases children must have permission to be painted.

  • Adults must be present at children's parties.

  • A fresh clean sponge is used on each person to keep levels of hygiene at their highest and avoid cross contamination.

  •  Children under two cannot be face painted.

  • Some children may be allergic to a wide range of common products. If you have any concerns about your child's reaction to face paints please do not hesitate to discuss them before your child is painted. It is always possible to do a patch test or paint a small motif on the hand to be on the safe side.

  • Only willing children/adults can be painted.

  • For the safety of customers it is not advisable to paint anyone who appears to be suffering from a cold sore, conjuctivitis or any other infectious skin complaint or who has eczema or an open cut on their face

  • On average you can expect 10-12 faces painted per hour based on a standard full face i.e. tiger. Less complicated or more complicated designs may influence this figure.

  • If I've missed something let me know!
